  2. Contact with local government entities…provides information on the principles of the company as well as past judgments, pending litigation, property and/or vehicle ownership…and much more!
  3. Local Attorneys…while many companies use “demand” letters, RCM “brings the battle home” by making demand for payment via an attorney in your debtor’s own town and jurisdiction.
  4. Private Investigators…used to gather information locally as well as to make face-to-face debtor contact. While others are phoning in or mailing their demands for payment, RCM delivers your demand in person!
  5. Internet Tools…the proliferation of the Internet has changed the face of many businesses in recent years…and the collection industry is no different. RCM ‘s ongoing commitment to technology ensures that the collectors working your accounts will have the latest tools.
